One evening off a week. That was the whole change.

Harvard professor Leslie Perlow asked BCG teams to agree on one predictable evening a week when work could not reach them. The share of consultants planning to stay long term jumped. The Inbox Audit finds your version of that agreement.

Questions

Is this surveillance?
No individual is ever visible. People run it on their own mailbox and choose to send counts only: no content, no names, no subject lines. Groups under ten are never shown.
Do we need an IT project?
Nothing is installed. People use the Copilot they already have. IT only confirms Copilot can read mail, calendar and Teams.
How reliable is Copilot for this?
Calendar counts are exact. Mail and Teams are sampled, so every chart shows how many items were seen, and a questionnaire checks the same things a second way.
What about our works council?
We plan the route with you in the setup call and write the texts for your works council and prevention adviser.
