For a pepperoni pizza costing twelve euros, you get live updates. But for projects worth millions, you get email inbox chaos and constant stress that you've forgotten something.

You will help us build this vision by working as a bridge between the market and the engineering team.

What You’ll Do

Develop roadmaps in user stories and ensure clear backlog prioritisation
Iterate user stories together with a designer to achieve a good UX
Follow up with the dev team and QA on the implemented user stories
Write product documentation and keep it up to date for our customers
Occasionally give product training and supplement FAQs/manuals
Set up automated UI testing (in collaboration with the dev team)
Follow up with customers and assist them where necessary during onboarding and initial use
Identify opportunities for improvement (product, process and customer journey)
Compliance management (following up and documenting security requirements with the dev team)
Coordinating release communication (what's new, what's changing)
Gathering input from customers, sales and support to further shape the roadmap
Setting up and analysing product usage data to identify improvements and priorities

You are primarily a product owner with some business analyst tasks, but in a start-up, titles don't mean much because there is so much to do, so you will sometimes also do things that fall under customer success, product design, compliance, and account management.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and listening skills
You verify requirements and ensure that everyone is on the same page
You understand software development and iterative working with developers (Agile/Scrum mindset)
Eye for detail and a feel for good UX/UI
Proactive and problem-solving attitude: you identify bottlenecks and solve them hands-on
Comfortable with customer contact and translating feedback into product improvements
Strong organisational skills: you can follow up on multiple projects at the same time without losing sight of the big picture
Basic knowledge of compliance & security frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, GDPR) or willingness to learn quickly
Analytical mindset: you use data and feedback as input for decisions

Very Nice to Haves

Basic knowledge of UI/UX design tools (e.g. Figma)
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Notion, Linear, Confluence)
Previous experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
Experience with automated testing or QA processes
