How it works.

01 · Automatic

To-dos that write themselves.

Pidgy reads every email, ranks them by priority, and quietly drops the action items into your task list. Some get delegated to your team automatically.

Join the waitlist
02 · Brand-safe writing

Drafts in your voice.

Pidgy auto-drafts in the tone you pick (Professional, Friendly, Direct). Or type a few words and let Pidgy expand them. Edit in the email itself before sending.

03 · Organised

Projects, at a glance.

Every email, document, task and message about one project, auto-organised into one view. Pidgy surfaces the next action and offers a one-click reminder.

04 · Instant answers

Ask Pidgy anything.

"Is the Acme contract signed?" Pidgy finds the confirmation email, links the document, and suggests delegating the follow-up to your teammate.

05 · Never drops a ball

Follow up in one click.

Pidgy notices when threads go quiet and queues up the chase. Pick the tone (friendly, professional, direct, urgent) and send.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Alkmist Pidgy AI?

Alkmist is an AI assistant for busy professionals. It reads your inbox, ranks what matters, drafts replies in your voice, follows up on stalled threads, and gives you a single score for how on top of things you really are.

Who is Alkmist for?

Anyone whose work happens in their inbox. Founders, partners, advisors, accountants, lawyers, consultants, and operators who get more email than they can keep up with and need help separating signal from noise.

When can I use it?

We're rolling out access in waves. Join the waitlist above and we'll email you the moment your seat opens up. Early access users help shape the product and get pricing perks at launch.

Which email and chat tools does it work with?

Alkmist connects to Outlook and Gmail today, with Teams, Slack and WhatsApp Business coming next. If you use a tool that isn't on the list, tell us when you sign up and we'll prioritise.

How does Alkmist handle my data?

Your data is yours. We process emails only to provide the service, never to train models, and never sell or share them with third parties. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're GDPR-aligned and you can delete your account and data at any time.

Does Alkmist send emails on my behalf without asking?

Never automatically. Alkmist drafts replies, suggests follow-ups, and queues up actions, but you always click send. You can set rules over time (auto-confirm receipts, auto-decline cold pitches, etc.) but nothing leaves your account without your sign-off.

What will it cost?

Pricing is still being finalised. Waitlist members will get early-access pricing and a free trial period when they're invited in.

How is it different from Copilot or other AI inbox tools?

Most tools summarise or draft one email at a time. Alkmist looks across every email, message and project at once, ranks them, delegates what it can, and gives you a daily plan plus a health score. It's the difference between a smart spell-checker and a chief of staff.
