Pidgy is the Inbox Agent that reads every email in Outlook, Gmail or any IMAP mailbox, ranks what actually matters, drafts replies in your voice, and chases what’s slipping, so you start your day at done.
Flip the switch. Same 147 emails, but Pidgy waves the wand and hands you the five that need you.
A hundred emails land a day. Five actually matter, and they’re buried under the rest. Pidgy reads every one, ranks them, and hands you a clear plan, then does the parts you’d rather not.
Outlook, Gmail and any IMAP mailbox, read and understood together, with the same sense of who’s waiting and why. No tab-hopping to find what’s on fire.
Pidgy learns from your sent folder and writes a ready-to-send draft. Edit a line, hit send. A whole reply in one keystroke.
Pidgy notices stalled threads, queues the follow-ups, and tracks who owes you what. The chief of staff your calendar can’t afford.
Seven things Pidgy does between an email landing and your day being done.
Pidgy reads every email, ranks them by priority, and quietly drops the action items into your task list. Some get delegated to your team automatically.
Join the waitlist →Hi Adam, the team approved the proposal. We need final CFO sign-off by May 2nd.
Could you send the updated pricing sheet to Acme? High priority.
Pidgy auto-drafts in the tone you pick (Professional, Friendly, Direct). Or type a few words and let Pidgy expand them. Edit in the email itself before sending.
Join the waitlist →Every email, document, task and message about one project, auto-organised into one view. Pidgy surfaces the next action and offers a one-click reminder.
Join the waitlist →"Is the Acme contract signed?" Pidgy finds the confirmation email, links the document, and suggests delegating the follow-up to your teammate.
Join the waitlist →Pidgy notices when threads go quiet and queues up the chase. Pick the tone (friendly, professional, direct, urgent) and send.
Join the waitlist →A single number tells you how on top of things you really are. Specific, scored actions move it up. Like Strava for email.
Join the waitlist →Tasks from your inbox land in calendar blocks. Drag where they fit, pick a duration, set a reminder. No second window, no copy-paste, everything happens inside Pidgy.
Join the waitlist →You ask once. Pidgy turns it into a secure magic link and emails it in your voice. They click it, and they are already inside, uploading what you asked for.
Written in your voice, sent from you. One click on the link and they are through, with no account to create and no password to remember.
They tick off what is done, drop in the files you asked for, and see what is still open. You watch it land. Nobody has to ask where we are.
Unedited. Slightly unhinged. All from week one.
I finally have time to spend with my wife again. She has questions.
My therapist asked what changed. I said ‘Pidgy.’ She wrote it down.
Haven’t said ‘sorry for the late reply’ in 14 days. I feel reborn.
My inbox was 4,000 deep. Now it’s 12. I’m a little scared, mostly happy.
It chased a follow-up I’d avoided for three weeks. The deal closed.
I’m sleeping again. I’m reading novels. I forgot inbox dread existed.
My assistant quit because Pidgy did her job better. (I rehired her.)
Replies sound like me, but slightly more decisive. Big improvement.

Pidgy is trained on the way real desks actually work. Here are a few from the winners’ shelf.

Advertising agencies“Framing it around their media deadline instead of my file changed everything.”Assistant to
Accounting & tax firms“I used to leave three of them until Friday. Now I do all twelve before coffee.”Assistant to
Legal & advisory“The matter numbers were never the problem. Knowing which eleven were waiting on me was.”Assistant to
Property managers“It stopped being admin and started being a person waiting.”Assistant to
Recruitment agencies“A candidate told me it was the first process where he always knew where he stood.”Assistant to
Insurance brokers“‘This costs you options’ works. ‘Just chasing this’ never once did.”Assistant to
Real estate agents“It doesn’t tell me to work harder. It tells me which nine people already want to hear from me.”Assistant to
Founders & startups“Half my pipeline wasn’t stuck. It was waiting for a two-line email from me.”Assistant to
Bookkeepers“I stopped working through the list alphabetically. It gave me back a week.”Pidgy drafts and queues, but nothing ever leaves your account without you clicking send. Your email is processed only to give you the service, never to train models, never sold.

Pidgy plugs into Outlook, Gmail, and any IMAP mailbox. If your provider speaks IMAP, Pidgy can read it, so you are not limited to the big two. Connecting takes a couple of minutes and nothing changes about the way you already send email.
Yes. Alongside Outlook and Gmail, Pidgy connects to any standard IMAP mailbox, including self-hosted and provider mailboxes such as Fastmail, Zoho, Proton Bridge, OVH and most hosting-company mail. You supply the IMAP host and credentials once and Pidgy handles the rest.
Your data is yours. Pidgy processes email only to provide the service, never to train models, and never sells or shares it with third parties. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're GDPR-aligned and you can delete your account and data at any time.
Never automatically. Pidgy drafts replies, suggests follow-ups, and queues up actions, but you always click send. You can set rules over time (auto-confirm receipts, auto-decline cold pitches, etc.) but nothing leaves your account without your sign-off.
Pidgy turns a request into a secure magic link and emails it to your client. They click once, with no password and no account to create, and land on a page that shows exactly what you need, lets them upload documents, and shows what is still outstanding. No portal, no reset-password loop, no chasing.
Pricing is still being finalised. Waitlist members will get early-access pricing and a free trial period when they're invited in.
Most tools summarise or draft one email at a time. Pidgy looks across your whole inbox at once, ranks what matters, drafts what it can, and gives you a daily plan plus a health score. It's the difference between a smart spell-checker and a chief of staff.
