Plugs into the inbox you already use
If it speaks IMAP, Pidgy can read it
The problem

Your inbox stopped making sense.

A hundred emails land a day. Five actually matter, and they’re buried under the rest. Pidgy reads every one, ranks them, and hands you a clear plan, then does the parts you’d rather not.

01 · Reads everything

One brain for your whole inbox.

Outlook, Gmail and any IMAP mailbox, read and understood together, with the same sense of who’s waiting and why. No tab-hopping to find what’s on fire.

02 · Drafts in your voice

Replies that sound like you.

Pidgy learns from your sent folder and writes a ready-to-send draft. Edit a line, hit send. A whole reply in one keystroke.

03 · Closes the loop

Nothing falls through.

Pidgy notices stalled threads, queues the follow-ups, and tracks who owes you what. The chief of staff your calendar can’t afford.

Inside the portal

How it works.

Seven things Pidgy does between an email landing and your day being done.

  1. Automatic

    To-dos that write themselves.

Pidgy reads every email, ranks them by priority, and quietly drops the action items into your task list. Some get delegated to your team automatically.

  2. Brand-safe writing

    Drafts in your voice.

Pidgy auto-drafts in the tone you pick (Professional, Friendly, Direct). Or type a few words and let Pidgy expand them. Edit in the email itself before sending.

  3. Organised

    Projects, at a glance.

Every email, document, task and message about one project, auto-organised into one view. Pidgy surfaces the next action and offers a one-click reminder.

  4. Instant answers

    Ask Pidgy anything.

"Is the Acme contract signed?" Pidgy finds the confirmation email, links the document, and suggests delegating the follow-up to your teammate.

What your clients see

No login. No portal. Just a link.

You ask once. Pidgy turns it into a secure magic link and emails it in your voice. They click it, and they are already inside, uploading what you asked for.

It arrives as a normal email.

Written in your voice, sent from you. One click on the link and they are through, with no account to create and no password to remember.

Then they are already inside.

They tick off what is done, drop in the files you asked for, and see what is still open. You watch it land. Nobody has to ask where we are.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Pidgy?

Pidgy is the Inbox Agent: an AI assistant for your inbox. It reads your email, ranks what matters, drafts replies in your voice, follows up on stalled threads, and gives you a single score for how on top of things you really are.

Who is Pidgy for?

Anyone whose work happens in their inbox. Founders, partners, advisors, accountants, lawyers, consultants, and operators who get more email than they can keep up with and need help separating signal from noise.

When can I use it?

We're rolling out access in waves. Join the waitlist above and we'll email you the moment your seat opens up. Early access users help shape the product and get pricing perks at launch.

Which email tools does Pidgy work with?

Pidgy plugs into Outlook, Gmail, and any IMAP mailbox. If your provider speaks IMAP, Pidgy can read it, so you are not limited to the big two. Connecting takes a couple of minutes and nothing changes about the way you already send email.

Does Pidgy work with my own mail server over IMAP?

Yes. Alongside Outlook and Gmail, Pidgy connects to any standard IMAP mailbox, including self-hosted and provider mailboxes such as Fastmail, Zoho, Proton Bridge, OVH and most hosting-company mail. You supply the IMAP host and credentials once and Pidgy handles the rest.

How does Pidgy handle my data?

Your data is yours. Pidgy processes email only to provide the service, never to train models, and never sells or shares it with third parties. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're GDPR-aligned and you can delete your account and data at any time.

Does Pidgy send emails on my behalf without asking?

Never automatically. Pidgy drafts replies, suggests follow-ups, and queues up actions, but you always click send. You can set rules over time (auto-confirm receipts, auto-decline cold pitches, etc.) but nothing leaves your account without your sign-off.

How do clients see their tasks without a login?

Pidgy turns a request into a secure magic link and emails it to your client. They click once, with no password and no account to create, and land on a page that shows exactly what you need, lets them upload documents, and shows what is still outstanding. No portal, no reset-password loop, no chasing.

What will it cost?

Pricing is still being finalised. Waitlist members will get early-access pricing and a free trial period when they're invited in.

How is it different from Copilot or other AI inbox tools?

Most tools summarise or draft one email at a time. Pidgy looks across your whole inbox at once, ranks what matters, drafts what it can, and gives you a daily plan plus a health score. It's the difference between a smart spell-checker and a chief of staff.
